About

Who we are

Narwhal Music is an independent music collective dedicated to the artists, labels, and listeners who believe that music and the artists that produce it, are worth supporting. We stock vinyl, CDs, digital downloads, and merchandise from a carefully selected roster of independent artists and labels spanning electronic, folk, rock, punk and everything in between.

What we do

We work directly with independent artists and labels to bring you physical and digital releases that might otherwise be hard to find. Every product in our store has been personally selected by our team. We don’t stock everything, we stock the things we genuinely believe in.

If you would like to stock your music or merchandise on our site, please use the contact us form to get in touch.  Or email us direct at hello@narwhalmusic.co.uk and tell us all about yourself.

Our commitment to artists

We believe artists should be fairly compensated for their work. We pay promptly, price fairly, and are transparent about how our margins work. We take 10% including card fees. So if you sell something for £10, you’ll get £9. Postage is paid for by the buyer. If you’re an artist or independent label interested in stocking your releases with us, get in touch.

Our fee is only used to keep teh www site running, and to eventually build a fund, to help artists.

Shipping and fulfilment

We ship worldwide. Physical orders are dispatched within two working days from our warehouse in the UK. Digital downloads are available instantly on purchase. We use fully tracked shipping on all orders, and offer a range of delivery options at checkout.
